History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
