Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Gorfel was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and money/treasure

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Expand his business; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This man wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his right hand. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Stylist business.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. He has achieved small success as a Stylist.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his blonde hair up. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
