He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
