History: Qualen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Manfred wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He takes great joy in being the best Body Guard in town.

History: Cloak was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dalgal embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
