History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cook. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult.
