History: Pikar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
