History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Ernest was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
