Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Valafar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
