History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by giants. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
