History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
