Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
