History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Rûg was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Merchant. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alexandre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
