Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Dustin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
