Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Valorean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valorean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valorean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
