History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and expand his business

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
