History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. A true patriot, Efferil would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
