Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Theobald was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody.
