History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Spear studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, River's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, River learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
