Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Flame was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flame fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
