Personality: Marbas speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Râsh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is cautious and jumpy. Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To protect his home; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
