Description: This man stands a little under 6'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple brown robe with black stripes complete with hood. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Norsko was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Eiravel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Eiravel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His blue crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Rhogar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rhogar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.
