History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kelter took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second son.
