Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, marred by sweets. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. His skin is light but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He is typically in his Tanner uniform. His black hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oppleby does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oppleby was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and sabotage a competitor
