History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Spear was a troubled youth. Spear decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
