History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: Born to a Mayor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
