History: Wiggan was born with his father's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
