History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Sage. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
