Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on his left side, and carries monstrous two handed axes. His silver crest is thinning but still full. He has gold eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Ugarth reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears baggy violet pantaloons and a tan scarf. He has a very tight haircut. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Theobald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform During his travels, Theobald and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Theobald discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Theobald fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull white iron scale mail. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He uses divination through singing.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Kildrak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: To unite with his sister.
