Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Kipper was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name.
