History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Anselm isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Anselm does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
