Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Through the years after Howard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Howard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Duergath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.
