History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Oppleby was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
