Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. His crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Medrash grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He carries with him a set of rapiers, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Jak was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oriax isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Oriax was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oriax grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oriax. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this southern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His silver crest has been sun bleached extensively. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Herbalist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
