Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Paelias lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Kilvar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arnold's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Flask was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business
