Description: He is a mite stocky and is dressed in earthy colors with a black and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. His rusty crest is knotted and matted. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Direcris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a halberd on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Thomas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Thomas reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Prâk was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want him driven away
