His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
