History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Diggory was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gorfel was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gorfel decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Gorfel and his spouse have recently divorced.
