Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
