History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
