Description: This man typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a great chef.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brottor liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. His hair is silver and curly. His white eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
