He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dustin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and a rival would like him out of the picture
