History: Cressel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

History: Born in the south to a Assassin, Burto learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Assassin. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Assassin responsibilities is difficult.
