Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Oskar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Oskar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Oskar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
