History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: This man wears a green coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paggen grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Gardain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a Mason, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.
