Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Zepar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.
