His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Fibblestib is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Fibblestib was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift.
