History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His hair is long and black with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Merchant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He worked as a nervous Merchant and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This late middle aged man sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his long brass crest kept up in a rat tail. His ears are large.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nykkan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Aerdeth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Courier, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.
