Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, Ûgakûga would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Ûgakûga took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
