History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: Silvo speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Silvo was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Slave Trader. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
