History: Born in the west to a Mortician, Raer learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has worked as a Mortician like his mother before him.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and many brigands want him driven away
